Muesli

Healthy, quick & easy

1/4 cup muesli*
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 sliced banana
Handful of blueberries

Microwave muesli and milk on high for 3 minutes, stirring once in between. Top with cinnamon, banana, and blueberries. 1 serving.

*Muesli is a naturally gluten-free Swedish cereal made with rolled oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, and coconut. You can buy it already made or mix the ingredients and make it yourself.
