1/2 Cup Crushed Ice
3 Cups Almond Coconut Milk
1 Ripe Banana
1 Cup Ripe Mangoes, peeled and cored
2 Cups Fresh Pineapple, peeled and cored
3 Fresh Turmeric Roots, peeled and cut
Combine all ingredients in a blender or juicer and blend until smooth. Store in the refrigerator (good for 5 days). Makes 5 smoothies. Making a work week’s worth of smoothies (5 days) is easier than making one every morning.
