Rose Hip Tea

Grind approximately 3-4 cups of fresh rose hips and boil in 2-3 cups of water for 20 minutes; strain the liquid to remove the pulp before drinking.

Or, add 2 teaspoons of dried rose hips to a tea leaf holder. Place in a mug; add 1 cup boiling water; steep for 10 minutes; remove the tea leaf holder.

Fresh rose hips contain twice as much vitamin C as an orange.
